Service Strategy

1. Customer Inquiry


- The customer contacts the company via phone, email, or online platform, providing product requirements (drawings, specifications, quantity, etc.).  


2. Requirement Evaluation


- The sales/engineering team reviews the requirements, confirming material (aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, etc.), process feasibility, and delivery timeline.  


3. Quotation & Contract)


- Provide a detailed quotation (mold cost, unit price, delivery terms, etc.) based on evaluation.  


- Sign a formal contract or purchase order after mutual confirmation.  


4. Mold Development


- If no existing mold, the company arranges mold design, production, and trial, then submits samples for approval.  


5. Production Scheduling  


- After order confirmation and receive a deposit, production department schedules manufacturing (casting, trimming, CNC, surface treatment, etc.).  


6. (Quality Control  


- Conduct in-process inspections (appearance check, dimensional check, mechanical tests, etc.) to meet clients’ requirements.  


7. Logistics & Delivery


- After passing QC, arrange packaging and shipping, providing tracking details and ETA.  


8. After-Sales Follow-Up


- Follow up with customers post-delivery, addressing quality issues or additional orders.
